OFFICE ASSISTANT

At Clean-Mark, our goal is to create a winning service experience for each customer we serve. As an industry leader serving over 1,000 customers in Canada and the US, we are looking for a take charge individual to work at Corporate Office.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time office assistant for our downtown corporate office.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, must be detail oriented and able to efficiently multi-task
  • Position duties include (but are not limited to) customer service, accounts payable, recruiting and general office duties

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years office experience, including Microsoft Office
  • Must be friendly, well mannered, punctual and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work individually and in a team environment
